Happy Friday!!!
I hope everyone has fun plans for this weekend. Happy Father's Day to all those great Daddy's out there. I got my Dad his favorite, chocolate! Yummy! I sure hope he enjoys it this great weekend.
This is my very first newsletter, so let me know if I need to add anything or change anything.

What’s new:
I’m so excited about our new product line launch for YINSANITY. It’s a fun apparel and accessories collection. Check it out!
I’m also excited about our new support page. This is a way that you can help us put out more videos, articles and books by shopping online at my Amazon link, buying YINSANITY Apparel or ordering one of my online courses or books. I apprecaite every single one of you for all that you have done for us. Cheers!
Book recommendations:
This is one of my favorite motivational books and a book that I read each year.
Andrew Carnegie, the leader of the American steel industry, was at the pinnacle of his career when he met with an impressive journalist named Napoleon Hill. Carnegie bonded with Hill and trusted him to document and share the strategies that turned him into one of the wealthiest and most successful businessmen of all time. Carnegie became the richest man in the world after starting with little more than a penny upon arriving in the US.
Thought-provoking articles:
What are binaural beats and exactly what do they do?
Binaural beats are known to help heal the body, but do they work?
Travel articles:
Thinking of a summer road trip? Consider visiting the Four Corners region and learn about the Anasazi Ancient Indians.
During our road trip out West, I was intrigued by why the ancient villages were built high in the cliffs. After doing research, I found that a huge impact crater was discovered, under a half-mile-thick Greenland Ice sheet. The enormous bowl-shaped dent appears to be the result of a mile-wide iron meteorite that slammed into the island at a speed of 12 miles per second, as recently as 12,000 years ago.The impact of the 10 billion-ton space rock would have unleashed 47million times the energy of the Little Boy nuclear bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima in 1945. It would have melted vast amounts of ice, sending freshwater rushing into the oceans, covering vast amounts of land and probably sending the Anasazi up into the cliffs for survival.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How do we get power to the boat?
We have solar power panels that are hooked to a panel of batteries. This turns our electrical outlets to 12 volt power so we don’t need to hook up to shore power.
We never have to pay for shore power when we are in a marina.
In fact, we prefer to be on the hook, or anchor, because the breeze and sunsets are so much better.
Please send me any questions that you have about my life, books or YINSANITY.
Where in the world is YINSANITY?

We were planning to be in New York City on July 4th but I think we have totally hit cruising mode. Rather than rushing to get everywhere, we are on YINSANITY time now. What’s YINSANITY time you ask? It’s that we’ll let you know when we get there, time. Pretty funny! So we are hanging out around the Carolinas.
We spent a good amount of time in Hilton Head and now we’re just chilling around Charleston. The only challenge is getting food. There is limited delivery options around these parts.
But I did find that Shipt delivers here. Isntacart and Walmart wouldn't drive this far I guess. But we won't starve thanks to Shipt! It was super easy! Use my link and get $50 off membership when you sign up! http://share.shipt.com/v8sdc
Also, friends keep sending me updates about the great white sharks lurking near the Carolina beaches. What!?!
Experts advise that if we plan on swimming near any Carolina beaches we should take extra precautions, including removing all shiny jewelry, wearing magnetic shark repellents, and avoiding colorful swimsuits. No thank you, my toes will stay on the boat!
