Carlos 1800, Winthrop, Washington

Mike found this really cute Mexican restaurant in Winthrop. Carlos 1800 is in the middle of this adorable city with great food and nice indoor tables with big windows to see the town! I was very surprised that there was no chips and salsa delivered to the table when we sat down, like at regular Mexican restaurants, but they had great service and really yummy Margaritas!
