Easy Banana Bread

We eat bananas as much as possible for potassium but they got bad so fast on YINSANITY. It gets hot on the boat so we keep them in the refrigerator and sometimes they take a beating being moved around. So, I decided to try making Banana Bread in the Sun Oven. It was super delicious and so moist.

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup melted butter

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preheat SunOoven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Grease a loaf or a granite ware round pan.

3. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter together in a bowl.


4. Mix flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl.

5. Stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed.

6. Stir salt into batter. Pour batter loaf pan.

7. Bake in Sun Oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.
